Books and/or articles that you have ordered independently from booking the seminar will be delivered to the delivery address upon receipt of payment.

Delivery

The delivery occurs either by the ISM ACADEMY GmbH, Dortmund or by Amazon.de GmbH. In case shipping occurs by the ISM ACADEMY GmbH, we will deliver as soon as possible to the stated delivery adress. Deliveries to post-office boxes and similar are not possible.
 

Shipping costs

For the shipping of our articles we charge at the most favorable tariff of the Deutsche Post including a shipping flat rate of € 2,00.

With orders from Amazon.de, the General Terms and Conditions of Amazon.de GmbH, as well as the Shipping costs of Amazon.de GmbH apply.
