Cancellation, deregistration and transfer of registrations

from seminars and participants

• For deregistration and transfer of registrations within three weeks before begin of the seminar, 50% of the seminar fees incur.
• For booked accommodation and/or board services that have not been used, cancellation fees of 80% of the booked conference package will incur.
• Bookings for replacement participants for seminars on the same date are free of charge.
• In case of non-attendance -without prior cancellation- the full amount is due.

Online rebooking is possible up to three weeks before beginn of the seminar. If rebooking takes place within three weeks of begin of the seminar, please contact us by telephone.
