Right regarding sales

Sales has nearly become an absolute legal matter. Starting from one's own contractual conditions, which can quickly become a trap up to questions like: Can the employee in sales be reorganized from the employment relationship to a self-employed person? Furthermore the question might come up what specific measures are allowed in sales according to the law? Actually, the selling agreement often gives cause to conflicts between the contracting parties, which have to be solved.

The seminar will explain the development of the law in sales focussing on corresponding contracts. Especially the clauses, which do not only deal with the core contents of goods and prices are often not given the necessary attention. However, an insteresting creation can derive from this. The commercial idea shall be focussed here. In addition to this, the development in adjudication shall be illustrated for single typical general terms and conditions of trade .

Finally accompanying problems in law on competition will be mentioned.

Beside questions regarding the content, the corresponding "correct" procedure will be discussed. We will deal with recognizing potential conflicts and will show how conflicts can be solved without causing a dispute.
