objectives		The participants will find their role in the team and will recognize what is expected by them. They will learn that successful teamwork means that they will have to cope with the analysis of personal and group-dynamic limits. It will show that in a functioning team each person can be autonomous and productive part of the whole. Potentials will be recognized and used for the common success of company objectives, consequently work will be more efficient.
