objectives		The participants will learn to present themselves and their company and will get to know the optimal use of techniques of visualisation. They will have a sure manner with regard to customer contact and partners of cooperation. In the oral examination they will act self-confidently and can therefore avoid exam stress and nerves. In conversations with superiors and colleagues they will avoid conflicts or misunderstanding by positive formulations.
