Telephone training for apprentices

The participants will be able to lead conversations on the phone in a professional and target-orientated way. In case of difficult situations they will adapt themselves individually to their partner of communication and by clever telephone rhetoric they will lead the conversation to mutual success. With help of a telephone guideline they will know the preparation and further processing of phone calls.
