Know-how for vocational training in actual practice I

Not least, the success of vocational training depends on careful planning. The participants shall get to know all relevant steps of preparation for the vocational training. Starting from the question which professions can be trained, which operational and personnel conditions have to be fulfilled up to legal questions. Furthermore a plan for the apprenticeship has to be made and the apprenctice has to be integrated into the processes of the company. Finally the participants will learn how appropriate apprentices can be acquired, chosen and employed (contract of vocational training).

Every participant shall get to know the score points and shall be able to transfer them directly into his/ her specific operational practice. Also current legal developments (taxes on training places) can be discussed.
