Leading dialogues with employees

The participants are familiar with basics and instruments of having talks treating people as equal partners. Talks to employees will be prepared with regard to contents and organisation. We will consider various occasions upon which the talks are held so that the implementation will be target and result oriented. Transfer of agreements will be verified.

Opening the talk, gathering information - by asking and listening, the partners' contributions to the talk , handling emotions and self-control, clarifying motives and views of a problem, influence of the personal behaviour on climate, course and result of the talk


Behaviour depending on different occasions of a talk
Explaining and assigning a work order, conversation after critical events and in case of lack of performance, motivating talks for special requirements
