Organisation of in-house training

For various reasons on-the-job training still is of great significance. It ensures that necessary competences of the employees are assured and extended. Furthermore the employees’ flexibility with regard to alterations, without which a company cannot exist on the market, will be enhanced. Finally on-the-job training is an important stability factor for the company’s competitiveness. Therefore it deserves attention and systematic action. This seminar focuses on this.
