The apprentice supervisor as a coach

You have the ability to accompany the apprentices during their working hours. The apprentices should be supported and guided systematically so that they achieve their learning targets and are able to fulfill their tasks in terms of continuable behavior. You feel confident in assisting adolescents and know the characteristics of advising apprentices.

planning the apprentice´s function within the company

instructing and learning: model of learning, atmosphere of learning, communication and stages of learning

cooperative negotiation with involved persons (apprentice supervisor, disciplinarians, professional school etc.)

instructing and evaluating: management style, effective coping of conversations and challenging settings

consolidation of apprentice´s motivation
