Training of leadership and cooperation

The training of leadership and cooperation offers the possibility to test the personal behaviour regarding leadership and cooperation processes for executives as well as for teams. The unusual and therefore unfamiliar methodology "discovers" individual, cooperative abilities. It is hardly possible to "gloss over" behaviour hindering cooperation when working together with others. The requirement orientated training is designed as a experimental ground and focuses on one's own initiative and the participants' activities. As you know, learning is not an event but a process, the training offers time for reflexion as well as for the development and testing of new behaviour.
 

The participants will check their own behaviour with regard to cooperation and leadership upon effects and suitability. This way they will get insight into the dynamic of leadership and cooperation and they will experience interaction between behaviour of the staff and executives. Furthermore they will know how to reduce stress and how to increase productive efficiency by well-operating team work adn cooperative leadership.
The participants will give and receive a feedback concerning their behaviour.
