The aim of this seminar is to make the employees, who work in this field, familiar with the current legal frame conditions and to work out useful procedures considering this scope. We will put emphasis on the elaboration of a procedure offering enough room for the responsible as well as for the communication partner to cope with relevant contents in a constructive and solution-orientated way.
