Successful leadership and personnel work aren't possible without labour knowledge.

The participants will know the legal basics of employment with view to individual and collective right; the main rights and duties deriving from the employment contract and their legal enforceability. We will outline the essentials of special regulations in labour law and their effects on employment, starting from the job interview up to notice of termination and issue of a reference.
