This way you will meet the company's requirements as well as the emloyee's expectations. Whereas in the scope of selection process the question of technical skills can often easily be answered, the determination of qualifications exceeding the special field demand special requirements from the person taking the decision and the procedure.

The participants will be familiar with methods and instruments of modern potential analysis in order to recognize in time employees who are capable of being trained and to prepare them for taking over demanding tasks. This training will put special emphasis on the capability of defining requirement skills for positions which are to be filled and of choosing corresponding instruments with help of which potential analyses can be carried out indepedently.
