The participants will structure the interview with the applicant according to requirement profiles. They will know techniques to recognize the applicant's charcteristics during the talk and to assess them when comparing them to the requirements. In order to have a better precision of the forecast, the participants will observe and avoid influence by guiding interventions. Assessment of the talks and final decision between several applicants will be effected in a systematic way.
