Employees, who are entrusted with managerial responsibility, have to cope with a multitude of challenges.
Beside existing technical know-how, from now on they also have to prove the necessary social competence in contact with former colleagues.

The participants will be able to manage the transfer into the new position more easily. They will be able to assume how much closeness to employees is necessary and what is required on behalf of the company. They will be able to recognize arising role conflicts in a better way and will be able to handle them successfully.
