Team management

Leading teams is a complex task requiring technical competence and above all social competence as well as clarification of the personal role as a team leader. On the one hand team work should bring up enormous synergical effects, on the other hand multiple tensions and smaller conflicts prevent good co-operation.
 

The participants will known the basic rules of team management. They will be aware of their roles and their tasks as team leaders. They will be able to react to group dynamic processes in an appropriate way.
 

Preconditions for co-operation
Getting and communicating information, clarifying roles and personality, organisation of work groups

Team development
Planning of tasks and fixing of targets, coordination of the team, analysis of disturbances in the cooperation, handling of conflicts

Result orientated moderation of work groups
Planning and control of communication processes, leading work and project groups to results, statement of results

Cooperation with other work groups in the company
Recognizing expectations and dependencies, planning of communication at interfaces
