An important requirement to executives and employees is to fulfil their tasks under constantly changing conditions. Success nowadays does not only depend on professional qualification and social competence, but to a high degree on the capability to develop innovative ideas and to cope with changes.
Of course, you can wait until innovations come to you readily somehow and until good ideas are materialised by chance.
