Recognizing and managing conflicts

Everyone meets conflicts of any kind, dimension and effect. They come up in relation with phenomena as distribution of power, standards and values, targets, changes and emotions. If you manage to accept them and to defy them, their constructive power comes in useful. They will contribute to pushing decision processes and will bring hidden energies to light. The scope of action of the people involved will be extended and the personal development of the persons affected will be favoured.

 

The participants will be able to recognize and to analyse conflicts. They will know typical courses and the reasons for suppressing conflicts. Different strategies to overcome and to avoid conflicts will be developed and trained. The know-how will be transferred to the participants' personal professional practice.
