With the management and cooperation training, in short FKT, we offer a special seminar.  The FKT is a behavioural training, which is carried out in this form by our company only.

Successful managers are expected to have a high level of social competence beside professional know-how. And we also know: Although managers of medium-sized and big companies know various strategies nearly off pat, now and then they do not succeed in finding constructive solutions for human conflicts in the team. However, only a strong crew will manage handling even the most vehement motion of the sea. Here the management and cooperation training starts.

Executives of banks, advertising, industry and administration have come together around the synergometre. Six of them sit in separate cabins at the letter chute system. All confirm: "It was fun and it was profitable."

FKT, like hardly any other behavioural training, offers the possibility to test different aspects of one’s personal social competence upon effect and usefulness. In this training we will not lecture on subjects like leadership, information, communication, quality and cooperation – what is frequently common practice. In general, such lectures are widely accepted, because everyone feels confirmed in the behaviour and … continue like before.

In fact, the participants are put in situations by means of simulations, in which their individual understanding of cooperation becomes obvious considering all quality advantages and also defects. You will experience the effects of your approaches, attitudes, and your actions. It is worthwile experiencing this training.
